Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. ("BGM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Osisko Gold Group Inc. ("OGG"), is seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of its Cariboo Gold Project as a Manager, Exploration in Well, British Columbia.

This position will be primarily located in Wells, British Columbia and will follow fourteen [14] days on and fourteen [14] days off work rotation.

Reporting to the Vice President, Exploration, the Manager, Exploration is responsible for leading and managing all technical aspects of the Company’s extensive exploration programs. The successful candidate will also lead multidisciplinary exploration teams, contractors and consultants to deliver on and successfully execute the Company’s Exploration growth strategy. This role oversees land management, project generation, target identification, exploration strategy, and the execution of field programs, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and community relations standards in all exploration activities
- Design, implement, and oversee effective exploration strategies and programs across regional and near-mine projects
- Supervise and technically review geological mapping, sampling, drilling, geophysical,



and geochemical programs to ensure data quality and geological integrity
- Lead the integration of all exploration datasets into coherent exploration models and target generation workflows
- Plan and manage exploration field programs, including permitting, logistics, and contractor oversight, while delivering programs safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Prepare and review technical reports, presentations, and exploration press releases for internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Abilities Required

Proven track record of leading successful exploration programs from grassroots exploration through to resource definition in remote and logistically challenging environments
- Strong experience with 3D geological modelling software, geological database systems, and ArcGIS
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executive
- leadership
- Highly organized, motivated self-starter with high skilled standards for themselves and others

Qualifications

At a minimum, the successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Geology from a recognized institution. Possession of graduate degree(s) in Geology would be an asset.
- Registered, or eligible to register, as a Professional Geoscientist with Professional Geoscientists in the Province of British Columbia.
- 15+ years of experience in exploration and mining environments, including a minimum of five years in a supervisory or management role
- Valid Driver’s License
