Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties

- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.




- Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy practices and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications

- Valid registration with a recognized licensing or regulatory body for massage therapists.
- Proven experience in providing therapeutic massage services with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and foster client trust.
- Solid customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
