We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing sales team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and the smooth day-to-day operation of the store in Ottawa!

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about sales, people, and delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring results, identifying opportunities, and providing ongoing coaching and training.
- Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience from the initial interaction through post-sale follow-up, while addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, pricing, contracts, financing, deposits, returns, and other sales processes are followed accurately.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash and financial procedures, inventory control, merchandise flow, and overall organization.
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, pricing, and overall store appearance.
- Support scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and ongoing team development.




- Work closely with the General Manager and management team to ensure operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the sales floor is always professional, organized, customer-ready, and aligned with company standards.
- Take on additional management responsibilities or support other locations when required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in a retail sales environment.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
- Strong background in sales, customer experience, and retail operations.
- Experience with financial/cash procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
