MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

We are looking for an experienced superintendent for multifamily new-build projects in Ottawa, from excavation through to delivery.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate site activities and supervise subcontractors.
- Keep work on schedule and within budget.
- Follow project guidelines and head-office approval processes.
- Identify site issues and work with the head-office team to find timely solutions.
- Find local subcontractors and negotiate with suppliers.
- Communicate clearly and keep the project team accountable.

Qualifications

- Experience working on multifamily current-build construction sites.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Resourceful, organized and a team player.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Modular construction experience is an asset, but not required.

Location: Ottawa
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: To be determined
Expected start: In approximately two months, pending permit approval

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
