Delivery Driver – Customer Service

Jackson Springs Water is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team!

Position Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and a clean/acceptable driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must be available to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
- Comfortable working independently and managing a delivery route
- Skilled and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is an asset

Physical Requirements

This is an active and physical position. The successful candidate must be able to:

- Lift and carry water jugs weighing up to 40 lbs each
- Load and unload water jugs from the delivery vehicle
- Make deliveries to residential and commercial locations
- Carry water up stairs when required, including older apartment buildings without elevators
- Spend much of the workday on your feet and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle

Responsibilities

- Deliver water orders safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Load and unload water jugs and other products




- Collect empty water jugs and inspect them for cracks, damage, or contamination
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and handled with care
- Complete walk-up deliveries when necessary
- Communicate with customers by phone or text regarding delivery updates or changes
- Communicate with the office throughout the day when route or delivery changes are required
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines
- Represent Jackson Springs Water professionally at all times
