Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our business, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and multilingual abilities will help create a positive experience for every client. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and analysis skills while supporting our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has flexible availability. This position will offer at minimum 2 days per week (8am to 5pm) with the opportunity to expand to full time.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive first impression
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders,



and service requests using excellent phone etiquette
- Process data entry accurately for customer orders, payments, and service records
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the establishment
- Help with various daily tasks as requested by management

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Laundry and/or Dry-Cleaning experience preffered
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail during busy periods
- Familiarity with data entry tools or software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy over the phone and in person

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
