Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and Key Holder.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Support store leadership by opening or closing the store as a Key Holder, ensuring security protocols are followed and daily procedures are completed
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred;
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette skills

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
