About Us
MayWay Education is a specialized AP and IB tutoring centre in Markham, Ontario, and an official College Board Authorized AP School. We help high school students reach their academic goals through structured, tiered programs, a proprietary question bank developed by our in-house team, and close academic supervision from experienced teachers and learning coaches. As we grow, we’re looking for a warm, articulate team member to be the first point of contact for the families we serve.

The Role
You’ll guide parents and students from first inquiry to enrollment and beyond. This role combines customer service and sales: understanding each family’s needs, explaining our programs clearly, and building relationships that keep families with us across multiple terms.

What You’ll Do

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by phone, email, WeChat, and in person
Hold consultations with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend suitable AP/IB programs
Follow up with prospective families and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain ongoing communication with current families on schedules,



progress updates, and re-enrollment
Support seminars, info sessions, and promotional events
Keep accurate records of leads, enrollments, and follow-ups
Work with teachers and academic staff to ensure a smooth experience for every student

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you enjoy talking with people and building trust
A customer-service mindset: patient, responsive, and solution-oriented
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skilled written and spoken English
Experience in sales, enrollment, admissions, or client-facing roles is a strong asset
Fluency in Mandarin is an asset
Familiarity with AP, IB, or the Ontario education system is a plus
