Position Summary:
We’re hiring Civil Construction Labourers to support a variety of projects, including underground utilities, roadworks, and site servicing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to build a long-term career in construction.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the installation of underground services, roadwork, grading, and general site prep
- Operate and maintain tools and small equipment
- Load and unload materials, and support equipment operators as needed
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Follow safety protocols and attend regular safety meetings
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of civil construction experience preferred




- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, Confined Space, Traffic Control) are an asset

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly wage: $25.00–$28.00, depending on experience
- Opportunities for overtime
- Benefits package after probation period (extended health, dental, vision)

Schedule:

- Full time, 8-hour shifts
- Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project needs
