Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling complex components and systems, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the production process through various technical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with manufacturing tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience or a background in machining, welding, or mechanical assembly to contribute to a agile production environment.

Responsibilities

- Assemble products and components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints accurately
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely when required
- Perform machining, welding, or mechanical tasks as needed for assembly processes




- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and suggest improvements for efficiency
- Support inventory management by organizing parts and materials within the warehouse or production area

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment
- Knowledge of welding techniques and mechanical assembly processes
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and warehouse procedures
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics for complex assemblies
- Familiarity with warehouse experience is a plus for efficient parts handling and inventory control
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
