As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you’ll connect with clients virtually to understand their needs and educate them on available life insurance and supplemental benefit options. You’ll help individuals and families understand their coverage and choose solutions that fit their needs and goals.

This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity with company-provided leads, comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for long-term career and leadership growth.

Your Role

- Connect with clients through virtual appointments.
- Identify each client’s individual needs and existing coverage.
- Explain life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
- Help clients choose appropriate solutions for themselves and their families.




- Build lasting relationships and provide ongoing client support.
- Follow up with clients as needed.
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
- Work toward personal, professional, and leadership goals.

No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided, along with support for candidates who need to obtain their LLQP licence.

Pay: $60,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
