Experienced Life Insurance Advisor – Salaried Position with an Established Client Base

At Ali Velji Insurance, you will receive a guaranteed base salary, uncapped commission, and immediate access to an established home and auto client base. These are households that already trust our office, and many have not yet had a comprehensive conversation about life insurance, critical illness or disability coverage.

There is no requirement to cold call, purchase leads or prospect within your personal network. Your focus will be on serving existing relationships and delivering thoughtful, needs-based advice.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct needs-based reviews with existing home and auto clients to identify gaps in life,



critical illness and disability coverage
- Recommend and place life insurance and living benefits solutions tailored to each client's goals
- Service existing life clients through policy reviews, updates, beneficiary changes and renewals
- Build long-term client relationships through phone, video and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with our home and auto team to deliver complete, coordinated client care
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and compliance standards

Minimum qualifications

- An active Alberta life insurance licence (LLQP), or an active licence from another province eligible for transfer
- At least 2 years of direct experience in life insurance sales and service
- A demonstrated track record of placing life and/or living benefits products
- Confidence leading needs-based client conversations from discovery through to placement

Assets

- A general insurance (home and auto) licence
- Experience in an agency, bank or captive insurance environment
- Experience with critical illness and disability insurance products

Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
