Our client is seeking a Bilingual Pensions, & HR Specialist to support a broad range of employee programs and HR administration activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented skilled who enjoys balancing program administration, employee support, compliance, and process improvement within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefit and retirement programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves, and related programs.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure effective program delivery and issue resolution.
Support regulatory reporting, audits, documentation, and compliance activities.
Review and reconcile program-related invoices and records for accuracy.
Assist with employee life event administration, including leaves, retirements, and other employment-related changes.
Coordinate employee communications, program education, and information sessions.
Manage leave and disability cases, including tracking, communication, and return-to-work support.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provide general HR support and assist with additional employee programs as required.

Qualifications
Fluent in both English and French.
Experience in pension administration, HR operations.




Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools.
