Job description:

Fraser CARSTAR is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with automotive experience to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling day to day interactions with customers and insurance partners both in person and over the phone. Also, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting in managing the administrative processes. They will be collecting payments from customers, assisting the Body Shop Manager, opening and closing work orders, etc.

Requirements:

- Customer Service experience in automotive body shops an asset
- Thrive in fast paced environments
- Can work independently
- Highly organized
