Job Description:

DH Supply Chain is a Canadian-based warehousing and logistics company specializing in comprehensive fulfillment and logistics solutions for cross-border e-commerce businesses. Headquartered in Markham, Ontario, DH operates a 70,000-square-foot warehouse in Brampton and has been serving cross-border e-commerce sellers across North America for over 16 years.

We are now looking for a full time WMS Operation Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in Lingxing System. This role works closely with our China-based customer service team and warehouse staff to ensure orders, inventory, and inbound/outbound records are accurate and processed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and operate the Lingxing WMS daily, ensure order, inventory, inbound, and outbound information is accurate.
- Communicate with the China-based customer service team, arrange warehouse work according to customer requirements, and follow up on progress.
- Perform daily system operations, including receiving registration, inbound, pick list generation, outbound confirmation, and order cut-off.
- Follow up on order and shipping progress,



coordinate and resolve exception orders, inventory discrepancies, and system issues.
- Work with warehouse staff to ensure system records match actual warehouse operations.

Requirements:

- Experience with Lingxing WMS is preferred.
- Familiar with office software such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, drop shipping, or WMS operations is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess exellent communication and coordination skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and follow up promptly on customer requests and order processing.
- Able to communicate smoothly in Mandarin with the China-based customer service team.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
