```Duties```
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for roofing projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize estimating software to calculate costs and generate comprehensive estimates
- Review and negotiate bids from vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Provide support during the pre-construction phase by attending meetings and assisting with bid proposals

- Proficient in roofing estimating techniques and methodologies

Note: Experience in the roofing industry is required for this position.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
