Fursat Restaurant, an established Indian restaurant, is opening a new location in Brampton. We're looking for friendly, dependable Servers / Hosts to welcome guests and make every visit a excellent one. Serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist and reservations, and answer the phone
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS
- Explain menu items, spice levels and dietary options to guests
- Serve food and beverages, including alcohol, responsibly
- Process payments and handle takeout pickups
- Keep the dining room, host stand and service stations clean and stocked

Requirements

- Friendly, professional customer service attitude
- Clear communication in English with guests and team members




- Smart Serve certification required to serve alcohol (or must get it before your first shift)
- Comfortable with a fast-paced workplace and standing for long shifts
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Must include your availability (days and times) in your application
- Must be able to start ASAP

Nice to have

- Previous serving or hosting experience (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine
- POS experience

Pay: $17.95 per hour
