Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
