Responsibilities

- Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring using carpentry skills and blueprint reading to ensure accurate dimensions and placements.
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, cranes, and forklifts to transport and position materials safely and efficiently.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and specifications to strengthen concrete structures.
- Mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete with hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth surfaces and precise finishes.
- Conduct masonry work including restoration, drywall installation, caulking, and flooring installation as needed for project completion.




- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret project requirements and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Perform maintenance on tools and equipment; adhere to safety protocols during all phases of work including heavy lifting and welding tasks.

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing, rebar installation, or related trades.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and power tools.
- Skilled in masonry, concrete forming, drywall installation, flooring, welding, and schematic interpretation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during restoration or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical instructions for precise execution.
- Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward safety practices on-site.
