Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Auto Body Manager to oversee operations at our Collision Centre (CSN Scott's 180). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of automotive repair and collision processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves coordinating repair projects, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow within the collision center. The Auto Body Manager will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Duties

- Lead and supervise the auto body repair team, including technicians and support staff, to ensure timely completion of collision repairs.
- Oversee daily operations of the collision center, including workflow management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies; order replacements as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, parts used, and labor hours for each vehicle.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs,



and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in dealership auto body repair or collision centers with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Prior management or supervisory experience in an automotive environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with automotive repair software and diagnostic tools is advantageous.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, customers, and insurance representatives.
- Hands-on experience with automotive repair tasks is a plus but not mandatory for managerial oversight roles.

This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a reputable collision center dedicated to excellence in automotive repairs.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
