Invixium is seeking an enthusiastic Document Control & Process Technologist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for document control, inventory management, process design, and implementation through business systems like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Invixium provides end-to-end access control, workforce management, and health screening solutions using touchless biometrics. Our devices capture accurate data which is used to perform intelligent analytics and generate meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to help businesses of all sizes become more healthy, productive, and secure. We are looking for someone curious, driven, and passionate to join our team and help us to continue innovating in the biometric security space.

Responsibilities:

- Be the custodian of all company documents, physical and digital
- Organize our library of documents to be easily accessible
- Have the final say over the publication of all recent documents and generate & issue part numbers once approved
- Create new documents, like assembly documents, as needed
- Use ERP to track sold items, model numbers, part numbers, dates, codes, prices, and more
- Use CRM to manage all client and company information

Qualifications and Experience:

- 5 years of experience in document management
- A 4-year degree in project management or related field
- Detail-oriented approach




- Data organization skills
- Ability to collaborate with people throughout the company for new document creation or access to existing documents
