Realtor Partner – RealXscape

RealXscape is a Canadian real estate platform designed to connect buyers and sellers with Realtors who compete to offer consumers better value through reduced commissions, discounted Realtor fees, and cashback opportunities.

We are looking for licensed Realtors across Canada to join our growing platform and gain an additional source of potential buyer and seller business.

How RealXscape Works

When a buyer or seller submits a request through RealXscape, participating Realtors are notified of the opportunity.

Realtors can then submit a competitive offer based on the client’s needs, such as:

- Offering a reduced listing commission to sellers
- Offering cashback on a buyer’s purchase
- Offering discounted Realtor fees
- Providing additional services or value to stand out from other Realtors

The client reviews the offers and chooses the Realtor they would like to work with.

Once selected, the Realtor works directly with the client and handles the transaction through their existing brokerage, subject to their brokerage’s policies and applicable provincial regulations.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking licensed and motivated Realtors who:

- Are currently licensed to trade in real estate in their province

- Understand the importance of building strong client relationships
