Red Seal Certified Automotive Service Technician Wanted

North Shore Kia is expanding! As our dealership continues to grow, we are looking to add skilled, dedicated, and efficient red-seal technicians to our outstanding Service Team. Kia’s lineup is cutting-edge, high-quality, and in high demand—sales have skyrocketed, and so has our need for top-tier service professionals to maintain our growing customer base! We are in a unique position where we see clients travel from areas beyond the North Shore such as Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton to the north, as well as the Sunshine Coast and Gulf Islands to have their vehicles serviced with us. Along side our expansive area, Kia Canada reported an astounding 255% year-over-year increase in EV vehicle sales nationally in 2024!

North Shore Kia has experienced an increase in overall service volume of approximately 30% year over year and with no end in sight, we are looking to bring on two efficient, dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Service Team. Our current team of licensed technicians average 125-140% efficiency based on hours worked vs. hours produced.

If you're seeking long-term, secure employment where you can continue to develop your skillset in a fast-paced and supportive environment, North Shore Kia is the place for you. Join a team that values expertise, efficiency, and teamwork while providing exceptional service to our growing customer base.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
