JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking individuals to provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and serving meals and drinks to ensure a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, processing customer payments accurately, and working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area throughout events.




- Refill beverages and respond to guest requests.
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and cleanup.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other servers.

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, tables, and event supplies as required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
- Previous serving or banquet experience is an asset but may not be required.
- Must have SMART SERVE certificate.

COMPENSATION

- $19.17 per hour

SHIFT

- Starts at 5 PM
