Are you an aspiring professional looking to build experience in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship?

Join our team as a door-to-door marketer and estimate setter and play a key role in helping us continue our growth in Richmond Hill and the Greater Toronto Area.

As a door-to-door canvasser, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success. You'll have the opportunity to engage with homeowners, showcasing our exceptional painting services and setting up estimates for interested individuals.

No experience? No worries. We hire based on attitude and potential rather than accolades and experience. We want A-Players who are hungry to learn and soak up everything there is to know about how to influence and communicate effectively.

Strong spoken English communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly with homeowners, explain our painting services, answer questions and confidently book estimate appointments.

Compensation

- $50 per qualified estimate appointment, earned after the appointment is completed by our estimator.
- 6% commission on closed painting jobs, calculated on job value before HST.
- Commission is payable after project completion and final customer payment,



subject to applicable Ontario employment standards.
- Minimum wage top-ups are provided whenever legally required.

A qualified estimate involves an interested homeowner or authorized decision-maker, a genuine painting project within our service area, an agreed appointment and a completed estimator visit.

Schedule and Location

Weekday and weekend shifts are available. Fine Line Painting assigns working hours based on employee availability and business needs.

This is a field-based position involving door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighbourhoods throughout Richmond Hill and surrounding GTA communities.
