Family Market is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking General Store Associate to join our team.

This is a versatile position where employees help with different areas of the store rather than being assigned to one specific role. You may assist with cashier duties, customer service, stocking, grocery, cleaning, organizing, and general store operations.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable helping wherever needed.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Stock and organize shelves and merchandise
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions
- Receive, organize, and put away merchandise
- Check product displays and maintain an organized store
- Assist with grocery and general store duties
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Help with opening and closing duties when required
- Follow store policies and health and safety procedures
- Assist coworkers and take on other duties as needed

Qualifications

- Previous retail, grocery,



or cashier experience is an asset but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Willing to learn different tasks and responsibilities
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Speakes English and Arabic
