Now we need someone to help lead the way! We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced Assistant Store Manager to help build an amazing team and bring our newest location to life. If you love fashion, have a passion for great customer service, and know how to motivate a team, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

- Work alongside the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and support the team.
- Help recruit, train, and develop a strong team for our brand-new store.
- Deliver an awesome customer experience and set the example for your team.
- Drive sales and help the store achieve its goals.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and scheduling.
- Create a positive, welcoming environment where everyone enjoys coming to work.

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.




- A genuine interest in fashion, denim, and the brands we carry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Someone who leads by example and knows how to bring out the best in their team.
- A positive, approachable attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
