What You'll Do

- Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided through our CRM

- Assess client needs and recommend suitable auto and home insurance coverage

- Quote, bind, process and service policies accurately

- Compare options across multiple insurance markets

- Handle renewals, policy changes and client questions

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Maintain compliance with RIBO regulations and brokerage procedures

What We're Looking For

- Active RIBO licence, or an OTL licence with willingness to obtain your RIBO licence

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working remotely

- Insurance sales or brokerage experience preferred

Compensation

Full-time, commission-based. There is no base salary, your earnings are based on the business you write.
