Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member for our Prep Cook / Dishwasher position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is willing to learn and grow with the company.

Shift Availability

- Available for 5:00 PM to Closing shifts on weekdays
- Available from 1:00 PM to closing on weekends.
- Opportunity to become a full-time position in the future based on performance and availability

Responsibilities

- Prepare food ingredients including cutting vegetables, portioning toppings, preparing sauces, and organizing pizza ingredients according to company standards.
- Assist in dough preparation, including mixing, stretching, portioning, and storing dough properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, food preparation stations, storage areas, and equipment at all times.
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, pizza pans, containers, and kitchen equipment using proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Refill and restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials during shifts.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations, including proper handwashing and sanitation procedures.




- Remove garbage and recycling materials and keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of prep items and cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
- Label, date, and store food items properly following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient kitchen and takeout operations.
- Ensure all prep and cleaning duties are completed before the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly and professional teamwork support to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

Pay: $17.95-$18.25 per hour
