Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information on services required and available options
- Prepare accurate work orders, including detailed descriptions of repairs and estimated costs
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while aligning with their needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage billing procedures efficiently




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
- Robust mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Proven sales ability, including upselling services in a friendly, non-pushy manner
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and managing billing processes
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules is a plus
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
