As a Shuttle Driver for Silver Star Mountain, you are part of the transportation and guest service team.

You will need to already have a clean commercial driver’s license, BC class 1,2 or 4-Unrestricted before you apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

Transports guests within the village area. Does not go to Vernon or Sovereign Lake

Ensure the shuttle bus is clean and tidy, report any issues to Vehicle Maintenance

Maintains the shuttle daily to ensure it is clean and in good working condition and complete a daily log book and records as required by your manager and the resort

Hours and Wage:

20-35 hours per week

$25/Hr

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required, minimum Class 1, 2 or 4 Unrestricted BC driver’s license (no out of province licenses) and a clean Driver’s Abstract.

Must be fluent in English, and enunciate clearly due to high guest involvement and radio use

Knowledge of the resort an asset

Customer service experience a must, good communication skills

Must be physically fit and able to lift, carry, bend and twist as is necessary
