Sales Consultant – Part-Time

LOCATION: St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3S4

We are currently looking for 1 talented and passionate Sales Consultant to join our team in the Edmonton region. If you love creating memorable experiences, working with luxury products, and helping customers find meaningful pieces of jewelry, we would love to meet you!

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their jewelry journey, and creating a personalized and welcoming showroom experience.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
- Understand clients’ needs and help them find the perfect jewelry piece for their special moments.
- Provide expert guidance on diamonds, gemstones, jewelry designs, and customization options.
- Build solid relationships with customers and deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Manage appointments, follow up with clients, and support the sales process from consultation to purchase.
- Maintain a luxury showroom environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.




- Achieve sales goals while focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products, jewelry, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required (additional languages are an asset).
