We're looking for a skilled Process Engineer with solid shop-floor experience in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment in Windsor, ON.

Pay - $90-$110K

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, methods, tooling, and equipment.

- Support the launch of new products into production.

- Design and implement automation to improve efficiency and quality.

- Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity improvements.

- Work with Quality to meet IATF 16949, customer, and industry requirements.

- Support equipment selection, maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.

- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and process variation.

- Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.

- Ensure compliance with OHSA, WHMIS, WSIB, ISO 14001, and environmental requirements.

- Provide technical support and training to production teams.





- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of process performance.

- Support suppliers and follow company safety and operational procedures.

- Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.

- Experience with CAD and manufacturing layouts.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
