Duties
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, employee records maintenance, and HRIS updates using platforms such asWorkEasy
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruiting activities
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Support training and development initiatives by organizing workshops, tracking participation, and assisting with performance management programs.
- Assist with compliance activities related to HR sourcing, recruitment strategies, and maintaining adherence to employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and facilitate training sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
