Workforce Inc. is seeking Equipment Operators to support our clients’ mining operations in Kirkland Lake.

Responsibilities:

- Operate some equipment and rock trucks
- Pre/Post Trip and Operation of rock truck and other equipment
- Following site process and procedures ensuring safe operation
- Include fueling, cleaning and reporting on maintenance of equipment
- Cleanup and housekeeping of equipment and Surface Load Out Areas
- Communicate efficiently with other team members
- Workload could dictate need for alternative work, including but not limited to Labour and assisting Site Services Team with tasks and goals to achieve production targets
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience of rock truck operation is required
- Background in mining is an asset
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team, or independently, and follow directions
- Basic knowledge of routine maintenance
- Valid G class drivers licence and reliable transportation is required

Schedule:



7/7 rotation, 12-hour shifts, alternating day and night shift

Pay Rate: $35.39 per hour
