Wage: $23.00-$28.00/hour

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in PC deployment with robust analytical skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Deploy Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Provided Tier 2 support and resolved hardware, software, application, and network issues.
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Defender.
- Manage device imaging, user provisioning, and IT asset lifecycles.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Support iOS and Android devices through MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve escalated incidents.




- Maintain technical documentation and improved IT support processes.
- Install and supported Document Routing Agent (DRA) on Kent Retail print servers across New Brunswick.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 POS issues, including scanning delays, transaction errors, synchronization gaps, and offline failures.

Requirements

- Experience providing Tier 2 IT support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of endpoint deployment, device imaging, and asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, applications, and networks.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
