What's the Job?

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store performance goals.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Monitor store performance and support the implementation of strategies to improve results.
- Promote a positive, productive, and safety-focused workplace culture.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of current employees.
- Lead by example and provide hands-on support in a dynamic retail environment.

What's Needed?

- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Retail management experience is considered an asset.
- Leadership experience from other high-volume environments,



including quick-service restaurants, is welcomed.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proven experience coaching employees and driving operational results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
