- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Consult with customers on available parts and service options for their vehicles
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage
- Create detailed work orders,



accurately describing symptoms and problems for technicians
- Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships
- Discuss vehicle maintenance requirements with customers
- Provide estimates for repair costs, including materials, supplies, and labor
- Continuously expand knowledge base through ongoing training to better serve customers
