Our client is a well-established, locally owned property management firm in Vancouver, BC. They have specialized in strata management for over 40 years and are known for integrity, competence, and stability. They're looking for a detail-driven Property Accountant to join their accounting team.

What you'll do:

- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements for your property portfolio
- Help strata managers build annual budgets
- Review annual and special general meeting packages
- Handle payroll updates, recurring entries and PGT accounting
- Review draft audits and prepare T2 and T1044 filings
- Support new property transitions

What you bring:

- Hands-on experience with Yardi (a must) plus strong MS Office skills, especially Excel




- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude, whether working independently or with a team
- A drive to make processes better
- Strata accounting experience is a robust asset
