Responsibilities

- Oversee all store operations and participate in selling efforts
- Address performance issues through coaching and progressive discipline




- Create and manage schedules based on business needs
- Maintain store appearance and housekeeping standards
- Manage stockroom operations and merchandise flow
- Review daily reports to evaluate store performance
- Complete special assignments as directed by management

Requirements

- Prior retail management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Supervisory Responsibilities

- Direct supervision of Key Holders and Sales Associates
