Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Wealth Associate or CPA new grad to join our team. As an Associate, you will continue to grow your skill set and career in the financial services industry at a reputable and fast growing firm.

Junior Associate: Job Overview

As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, development of financial plans, insurance illustrations, and be able to speak with clients and provide general financial planning advice. Assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business such as compliance, money movement and insurance policy delivery process . This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience and is looking to be apart of a fast growing organization. You will have an administrative assistant however due to high volumes may be expected to perform administrative duties from time to time. In addition if you are a recent grad CPA or taking the program and would like a career in wealth management this would be a great fit for you.

Duties:

Operational and accounting duties

New account and client onboarding





Create financial plans and discuss in detail with clients

Updating of CRM

Compliance documents

Insurance illustrations

Proactively servicing clients and responding to queries

New client document preparation

Day to day work flow

Regularly communicate with our Investment management team

Regular communication and follow up with insurance carriers

Qualifications:

- Ideal to have Bachelors degree

- 2 years experience in Wealth management or insurance fields

-CFP or CPA designation or pursuing

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- Two years within wealth management/Finance
- Related industry: 2 year (preferred)
