Keep more of what you earn. Work when you want. UPSO is Kingston's new home for licensed trade work, launching soon, and we are onboarding professionals and trade businesses now, before public booking opens.
Why the best pros in Kingston are joining:
- Your schedule, your terms. Take the jobs you want, skip the rest. No shifts, no dispatchers, no permission needed.
- The best pay deal for licensed trades in town. Full numbers shared at signup. Every tip is always 100% yours.
- Emergency call-outs go to pros who are online first. Extra earnings on your terms.
- No bidding, no haggling, no chasing invoices. One upfront price, agreed before work begins, paid securely through the app when the job is done.
Own a trade business? Turn downtime into revenue.
- Fill the gaps between your own contracts. When the schedule has holes, your crew picks up UPSO jobs instead of standing idle.
- Zero customer-acquisition cost. No advertising, no lead fees, no quoting.
The job arrives with the price already agreed.
- Happier techs stay longer. Your crew keeps more per job than the industry standard, and every tip is 100% theirs.
- One simple signup. Your licensed technicians join through the same waitlist, covered under your company's liability insurance.
What you need:
- A valid licence or certificate of qualification for your trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and more)
- Liability insurance (company policies accepted for teams)
- Government-issued ID
Pay is per job, not hourly. The posted range reflects typical hourly earnings at standard rates. You set your rate.
