About us:
H&A; Car Detailing is a mobile car detailing company serving the Tri-Cities and Metro Vancouver. We're launching a recent "Fleet Wash" program for local trade and service businesses (pest control, plumbing, restoration, security) with 8-15 company vehicles, and we're hiring a phone rep to help us introduce it.

What you'll do:
- Call a provided list of local businesses using a script and briefing we give you
- Introduce the company, mention our five-star reputation, and explain the fleet wash promotion
- Give callers a pricing range (never a final quote — that part is on us)
- Book a free demo wash appointment for the owner to attend in person
- No in-person visits, no closing required — just the call and the booking

Pay:
- $10 per qualified appointment, paid after the owner visits in person and confirms with the contact that the script was followed (price range,



five-star reputation, and the promotion were all mentioned)
- Plus 20% commission on the first month's contract value for every account that signs on from your booking
- Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes
- Fully remote, flexible schedule, no minimum hours

What we're looking for (both required — this is the core of the role):
- Fluent, native-level English
- A confident, credible phone presence that builds trust with a stranger in the first 30 seconds

Fluency without that confidence isn't enough, and confidence without fluent English isn't enough either — we specifically need both together.

Also:
- Available to call during 9am-5pm Vancouver (Pacific) time — based anywhere, no location requirement
- Prior sales, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience preferred
- No automotive or detailing background needed

Pay: $100.00-$500.00 per month
