Executive Assistant

Immediate opening for an Executive Real Estate Assistant.

You should be an organizer, a positive person, a good communicator – both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, have a good sense of humour, be a fast learner with a quick mind and be willing to work hard and smart. You’ll work in a rapid-paced real estate office in Vancouver.

We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business. This is NOT an entry-level position. Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Assist with listing management tasks, including scheduling showings and maintaining property listings
- Support marketing efforts through online listings, social media, and promotional materials
- Coordinate and attend property showings, vendor appointments, and client meetings
- Prepare and review office documents and other transaction-related paperwork
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth operations




- Manage administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and amiable personality
- Positive attitude in stressful environments (sometimes)
- Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience or background in real estate is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a plus
- Experience in marketing or social media promotion is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin & English) is highly desirable to assist diverse clients
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00 per hour
