The Supervisor reports to the Restaurant Manager and assists in overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations. They supervise team members and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure proper service planning based on anticipated guest volume;
- Inspect the dining room to ensure all setups and preparations meet standards;
- Supervise and support staff members;
- Maintain ongoing communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service;
- Ensure guest satisfaction during and after service;
- Handle guest complaints when necessary;
- Participate in inventory management;
- Act as the person in charge of the establishment in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Restaurant management training (an asset);
- Strong customer service skills;
- Leadership and excellent communication skills;
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative;
- Adaptable availability;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
