Schedule: 15-20 hours per week | 3 days per week | Ideally 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About Us

MediFeet Clinic & Orthotics Centre is a well-established foot care clinic that has been proudly serving the Mississauga community for many years. We're known for our friendly team, welcoming environment, and commitment to providing excellent patient care.

We're looking for a warm, personable, and dependable individual to join our team as a Podiatry Clinic Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a few hours of meaningful work during the week, without the commitment of a full-time position. No healthcare background is necessary, we're happy to train the right person!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly, supporting our chiropodists and front desk team, and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting patients: Greeting patients, helping them get settled in treatment rooms, and making their experience comfortable and pleasant.
- Supporting our practitioners: Helping prepare patients for appointments, assisting with documentation under practitioner direction, and keeping treatment rooms organized.
- Preparing treatment rooms: Cleaning, disinfecting, and setting up rooms between appointments so practitioner can focus on patient care.
- Instrument care: Assisting with cleaning, sterilization, and organization of clinical instruments following established procedures and training.
- Front desk support: Helping answer phone calls during busy periods, assisting with scheduling, and supporting front desk staff when needed.




- General clinic assistance: Helping with supplies, organization, and other day-to-day tasks that keep the clinic running efficiently.
- Learning new skills: Over time, there may be opportunities to assist with additional procedures and treatment preparation under appropriate supervision and training.

No previous clinic experience or specific educational qualifications are required.
