We are seeking an experienced hairdresser to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and a professional demeanor. Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, and treatments tailored to client preferences
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend styles and products that suit individual needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Engage with clients to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships
- Upsell retail products and promote salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments




- Assist in maintaining the salon’s overall appearance and organization for optimal client comfort

Requirements

- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect effectively with clients
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure safety standards are met
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations preferred
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for hairdressers
