We are looking for a reliable and motivated Poultry Farm Worker to assist with the daily operation of our broiler chicken farm. The role includes animal care, barn management, record keeping, and general property maintenance.
Some responsibilities include for broiler operation:
- Cleaning enclosures
- Ensuring proper ventilation
- Maintaining facilities in good working order
- Monitoring flock behavior to detect any signs of illness
- Performing humane culling when required, following animal welfare guidelines and farm protocols
- Keeping detailed records
- Being able to work with computers and Barn controls
Property Maintenance include;
- snow removal
- Mowing the lawn
minimum of 1 year experience
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week
