Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a robust understanding of food service operations. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations




- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards required for serving food safely
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a hospitality setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory
