Job Description:

Livewell Pharmacy, a leading healthcare provider in the Niagara Falls area, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant with expertise in compounding to join our dedicated team at LiveWell Pharmacy. As a compounding pharmacy, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized medication solutions to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, compound, and dispense medications according to prescription orders
- Maintain a clean and organized compounding area, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient compounding processes
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Manage inventory of compounding supplies and medications, placing orders as needed




- Stay updated on industry trends and compounding best practices

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
- Proven experience in customized compounding
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment
- Familiarity with Kroll, compounding equipment and procedures

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
